WEC's QHSE Management System includes QHSE Management Manual, 20 procedure documents, 125 support documents and 600-plus company standards.

WEC'S  QUALITY  TARGET

    Projects undertaken by WEC meet 100% requirements of contract, rule of law, codes and standards. Clients' satisfaction index shall be higher than 90.
    Company employees shall understand 100% requirements of company quality policy, quality target and quality improvement. Quality continuous improvement  requirement raised by comping quality annual review meeting shall 100% be reached.
 

WEC'S  QUALITY  POLICY

   The company  tries its best to provide client first class engineering consultation and design, first class purchasing, first class project management and service to meet requirement of contract, applicable laws and stipulation as well as codes and standards and to build qualified plant.

   All employees shall satisfy clients' requirements and expectation.

   The company creates humorous, order and suitable environment to increase employees' nature and  inspire their polarity and responsibility in quality management.

   The company employees shall establish overall concept and team spirit to constantly increase work capability, management and technical level.

   The company continuously carries out innovation and provides advanced, applicable and reliable technologies, improves and strengthens management and quality control of marketing, production and service to increase WEC's quality management system and reference.

WEC'S  QUALITY  MANAGEMENT


   In 1995, WEC established Quality Management System and prepared over 600 enterprise standards in accordance with Standard GB/T19001-1994. In Dec. 1995, WEC was accredited with Beijing ISO9000 Quality System Certification.

   In July 1996, WEC was accredited with DIN EN ISO 9001:1994 Quality System Certification.

   In July 2002, WEC completed Quality Management System conversion from 1994 version to 2000 version in accordance with standard GB/T19001-2000 and accredited new issue of DIN EN ISO Quality System Certification.
